The warrant for The St. Cuthbert Lodge No. 3417 was issued by the Grand Master of the United Grand Lodge of England H.R.H. Arthur William Patrick Albert, Duke of Connaught and Strathearn,  on the  24th of November 1909.  The Lodge was duly consecrated on 26th January, 1910.
 
The Lodge celebrated it's centenary on 3rd March, 2010.
